Coach pushes Griffiths’ national cause
NEWCASTLE Jets coach Gary Van Egmond called for the inclusion of in-form striker Joel Griffiths in the Socceroos squad after his injury time goal gave the Novacastrians a valuable 1-0 A-League win over the Queensland Roar.
